We managed onsite registrations and pre-starter inductions to ensure candidates were fully prepared before day one. These sessions clearly outlined the client’s expectations, the responsibilities of the role and what candidates could expect from their site tour alongside completing all necessary compliance checks.

To improve efficiency, OA also introduced technology into the process, helping to reduce administrative workload and streamline workforce management. Regular check-ins were carried out with department leaders to review performance, gather feedback, and identify any further staffing requirements, ensuring continued alignment with operational needs.
