OA fills 20 temporary vacancies in 48 hours
The Challenge
Our client was experiencing a period of rapid growth and required immediate support to fulfil a temporary hiring need of 20 candidates at short notice. Despite already working with three existing agencies, they were unable to meet the required volume or speed of delivery.
After meeting with the team, the challenge was to quickly mobilise a high-quality workforce, delivering at pace while maintaining consistency, reliability and a positive candidate experience during a critical period of business growth.
The Approach
Our approach began with taking the time to fully understand the client’s growth plans, business operations and culture to ensure we delivered a tailored and effective solution.
We arranged and managed an onsite recruitment day, bringing the candidates and the client together in one streamlined process. Our Account Manager met with all the candidates, gathered real-time feedback from both the candidate and client, and offered successful candidates, ensuring a fast, efficient and highly engaging experience for all involved.
To further enhance the candidate journey, we designed a bespoke, branded candidate pack for the client. This showcased their culture, outlined key expectations and provided a clear overview of the role, helping candidates feel informed, confident and part of the team before their first day.
The Results
The client’s temporary requirements were successfully met, with 100% of bookings filled through a fast and efficient delivery process.
A total of 28 candidates were booked onto the recruitment day, achieving an impressive 98% attendance rate, demonstrating strong engagement and a seamless candidate journey. From this, 20 candidates were successfully offered roles, fully meeting the client’s immediate hiring needs.
As a result of the exceptional service, speed of delivery and quality of experience provided, OA has now been requested to act as a sole supplier, reinforcing the strength of the partnership and the value delivered throughout the process.
