The Approach

We developed a proactive talent pipeline that exceeded live requirements, ensuring we were always prepared to support short-notice bookings and fluctuating demand without compromising quality or speed of delivery.
Alongside this, we introduced technology into the process to streamline administration, reduce manual workload, and improve overall efficiency for the client’s internal team. This not only enhanced operational performance but also demonstrated our ability to add value beyond the traditional recruitment delivery.

We established a consistent workforce of 20 temporary workers on a daily basis, providing stability and reliability to support ongoing operations. As a result of the service delivered and the strength of partnership, what started as one of four agencies, OA has now been appointed the sole supplier for recruitment needs. Reflecting the trust and confidence built through consistent performance.
