Event details
As part of OA's commitment to helping other businesses build high-performing teams and shape the next generation of leaders, we delivered in-person training that was both insightful and highly interactive.
Led by our Group CEO, Laura Clark, and Regional Director, Natasha Holek, the session focused on practical learning, real insight, and strong audience engagement. It brought the wider series together in a way that encouraged reflection, open discussion and meaningful development for future leaders.
The session began by exploring the traits of effective leaders, and how leaders can show up in a way that supports, engages, and retains their teams. From there, the conversation moved into the importance of culture within a business, and how workplace DNA and brand identity can have a significant impact on employee retention and overall performance.
The final part of the session focused on motivating and engaging teams, highlighting the importance of mindset in building high-performing environments. Trust was a key theme throughout, reinforcing its role in driving engagement, collaboration, and long-term success.
Throughout the day, attendees took part in interactive discussions and activities, sharing ideas and real challenges from their own businesses. They left with practical takeaways and action plans they could implement immediately, ensuring the learning extended far beyond the room.
