Our Future Leaders webinar series, hosted by our Group CEO Laura Clark and Regional Director Natasha Holek, was created to support businesses in developing strong, confident leaders for the future. Built on OA's own success in developing internal talent into leadership roles, the series was designed to share practical insight and real experience that other organisations can apply within their own teams.
At OA, we've seen the value of investing in people already within a business and supporting them to grow into leadership positions. This series was our way of sharing those learnings more widely, helping businesses strengthen their leadership pipelines and build high-performing teams within.
Across the four-part series, we explored key topics including leadership traits, building confidence as a leader, overcoming imposter syndrome and the skills needed to develop and grow others effectively. Each session combined open discussion with practical guidance, giving attendees clear, actionable takeaways they could apply immediately.
Participants also gained access to tools, frameworks and supporting documents used across OA, designed to help embed learning and support the development of structured leadership pathways within their own teams.
More than a webinar series, this initiative created space for reflection, shared experience and meaningful development — reinforcing the importance of investing in people and building strong internal leaders.
