We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse operation. You’ll lead and motivate a team, ensure operational targets are achieved, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.

Location: Quintus Park, Burton-on-Trent
Pay Rate: £14.49 per hour £1.64 holiday pay
Rotating Shifts, Monday- Friday :

• 06:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 22:00

Key Responsibilities for Warehouse Team Leader:

• Support the Site Manager with daily warehouse operations.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and workloads.
• Ensure all warehouse activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor team performance and productivity.
• Maintain Health & Safety standards and excellent housekeeping.
• Communicate effectively with operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with training, coaching, and development of warehouse employees.
• Deputise for the Shift Manager when required.

Essential Skills & Experience for Warehouse Team Leader::

• Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience within a warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• PC literate, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work on own initiative.
