As Talent Acquisition Manager, I continue to support OA’s growth by leading hiring initiatives to attract and retain top talent to OA’s journey! I work closely with our managers to build high-performing teams.
Why did you choose OA?
The culture 100%. I worked for a small business previously so it was a no-brainer I wanted a family feel but with progression opportunities.
What is your biggest work win?
My biggest work win would have to be progressing throughout my time at OA – before going on MAT leave I support many industrial clients with their recruitment, achieving many awards for top performance. After MAT leave, I decided I wanted to progress within Talent Acquisition for OA and here I am!
