As a Director at OA, I juggle strategy, leadership, and day to day recruitment, driving growth, mentoring an incredible team, all whilst making sure our clients are well looked after.
Why did you choose OA?
I’ve been at OA for 13 years and I genuinley wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. Its an environment that has challenged me, allowed me to grow and I genuinley enjoy coming to work every single day
What is your biggest work win?
Growing and leading a high-performing recruitment team that consistently exceeds targets, strengthens client relationships, and making sure we are building a culture of collaboration and success!
