As a Management Accountant, I support the business by analysing performance, producing management accounts and KPIs reports to aid decision making.

I chose OA because of the incredible people I met during the recruitment process, I knew right away that I would be very lucky to be a part of such driven, ambitious Team. Also, the career progression opportunities, study support and strong focus on mental health and healthy work life balance definitely make OA stand out!

Jumping into the unknown and joining the recruitment industry was my biggest career win so far! I get to work with incredible people, improve the processes and learn from the best every day.
